Park Rules

Treat your fellow neighbors and management with respect.

Quiet Hours are from 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

No unauthorized sharing of gate codes or Wi-Fi passwords with non-guests.

The laundry room is open 24 hours. Please keep it clean, remove clothes promptly after each cycle, and do not hang clothes on lines or trees.

Community Center hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily.

No tents or pop-up campers are allowed.

RVs, trailers, and fifth wheels must be 15 years old or newer, or approved by management.

We reserve the right to refuse service based on the appearance or condition of an RV.

No subleasing is permitted. If an RV is sold or transferred, management must be notified and all required paperwork completed.

Guests are encouraged to use a 30/50-amp GFCI surge protector. Lost Lake RV Park is not responsible for damage caused by power surges or electrical fluctuations.

Sewer hoses must be properly connected using a threaded connector or rubber donut. Grey water connections must also be properly secured.

No loud parties, excessive noise, or large gatherings are permitted.

No digging, erecting poles, or installing satellite dishes without management approval.

Do not tamper with electrical boxes. Notify management if you experience any issues.

Hazardous materials, chemicals, grease, paint, batteries, and similar waste must be disposed of properly and may not be discarded on park property.

Do not pour any substances onto the ground.

Cigarette butts must be disposed of properly.

Children must be supervised at all times. Parents or guardians are responsible for the conduct of their children and guests.

No large porches, steps, or covers may be installed without management approval.

No swimming pools, sprinklers, slides, or other water features are permitted.

Keep your site, surrounding grass, and outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of clutter.

Outdoor items such as tires, rims, 55-gallon drums, generators, freezers, refrigerators, or similar items may not be kept outside unless approved by management.

Lost Lake RV Park is not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

Guests are responsible for carrying their own insurance. Any damage caused by guests or their visitors will be the financial responsibility of the registered guest.

Lost Lake RV Park is a service-oriented business and does not establish a landlord-tenant relationship with daily, weekly, or monthly guests.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a guest's stay for rule violations.

No disruptive, aggressive, or threatening behavior toward staff, contractors, or other guests will be tolerated.

Criminal history must be disclosed prior to your stay. Failure to disclose may result in removal from the park.

In an emergency, call 911.

Maximum 2 vehicles per site, plus your RV.

All vehicles must have current registration, inspection, and license plates.

All vehicles must be in operational condition.

The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.

Parking in vacant RV sites may result in towing and/or daily charges.

Park only in designated areas. No parking on the grass.

Boats, trailers, and extra vehicles may only be stored in designated storage areas with management approval.

Pets must be approved by management.

Only dogs and cats are permitted.

A maximum of 2 pets per site is allowed unless approved by management.

Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside your RV.

Pets may not be left unattended at campsites or tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees, or fences.

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets immediately and disposing of waste properly.

Pets must not enter or disturb other guest sites.

Excessive or uncontrolled barking and aggressive behavior are not permitted.

Guests are fully responsible for any injury, damage, or liability caused by their pets and agree to hold Lost Lake RV Park harmless from any related claims or damages.

Check-in: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM.

Payment is due on the 3rd of each month for monthly guests. If payment cannot be made in full, prior written approval from management is required.

By completing a reservation, guests agree to comply with all park rules and policies. Violations may result in immediate removal from Lost Lake RV Park.

All reservations are non-refundable.
